6 medium chicken breast fillets, kept whole with skin removed
1 small leek, roughly chopped
1 x 40g McCORMICK Slow Cookers Country Chicken Casserole
1 x 400g can crushed tomatoes
1 cup (250ml) water
Method:
Brown chicken and leek then add to slow cooker insert pot. Mix McCORMICK Slow Cookers Country Chicken Casserole sachet with crushed tomatoes and water, pour over chicken and leek and cover.
Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. (Keep covered during cooking). Cooking times may vary between Slow Cooker models
